Drink alot of water and try to reduce Mee Sedaap Consumption at most 1 pack a day.
Severe Headache may strike.
Duak Hari dah aku bangun pagi ngan palak sakit. and yes.. i missed my toolbox meeting.
Solution : a) minum air banyak2.
b) Kurangkan mee sedap
c) Jaohkan Alarm Clock
Darn.. pening beanr palak ku tok.... sakit ehh...
