(ChillPill) Kuching Ultra 100km


So Untuk sapa sapa yang nak nguna ChillPill, PacerCard, Gameplan.. apa apa lah nama ktk orang nak berik.. Dipersilakan..


More info regarding CP, Elavation Map semua... and Route... Just banyak jalan lurus.. Mental jalan lurus banyak tok.. If kat Miri... Try to training kat Jalan Perlis. Flat and Long long long mental road.

Untuk Sesiapa nok doing Ultra nguna Gameplan.. kita ada juak prepare for 50km and 70km.... So please do PM me kat The Blogging Chef kat FB. Cheersss,,,

Rumusan Dari Data Nok Ada untuk persediaan :

1)We can ubah kit training to do 15km then Eat training.. as the first few and U Turn  ada nok berbelas2 pun CP gap.

2)More training at Jalan Perlis or Pulau Melayu as to train long straight road.

3) Try to keep the game maintain 24km for the first set of game. Conquer that then everything is Okay.

4) its macam sigek circuit instead of full 1 u turun.. so... if ditangga bebenar.. try setling down in good state till U turn.. then after uturn.. 14km ya do it the only same road diulang.. then.. WS7 till end.. the CP makin dekat2 compare to CP1 till Cp4.. so yes. the game is getting bearable sebab CP makin dekat. and hope lah the CP crew and area can give semangat macam most event la.

5) training lain nok ktk orang guna ya boh ubah lah.. selamat training.

Apa apa pun expect the worst la... but it might be a nice game..

Ahh yesss.. compare to Last year Kuching Marathon Recycle Route.. but this year.. as Ultra.. nya lain dari lain kit.. till Kampung Budaya okay? so its going to be a new game bila run kat kuching. and nok pasti.. Different game so Different View.. Welldone.
